Fall Fair on Friday!

Hello Green Ridge families!!
There are only a few days until our annual Green Ridge Fall Fair!! The Fall Fair is being held this Friday, October 19th from 4:30-8p.m. Are you excited?! We definitely are!!
Is your family new to Green Ridge Elementary or have you had commitments in the past scheduled the same day as the Fall Fair and you are curious about the details? Let us introduce you and your families to an unbelievable evening of food, fun and friends!! Outdoors you will find bounce houses, gem mining, the Cumberland Valley High School’s Agriculture Department with their animals & educational resources and food trucks. Games and crafts will be both indoors and out. Located in the cafeteria will be the silent auction, raffle baskets and a bake sale. The silent auction will close approximately at 7p.m. to allow us to organize and determine the winners of each item. (You do not need to be present to win.) This is a great evening to come out, meet other Green Ridge families, bid on several amazing family adventures in the silent auction and eat. The Fall Fair is held RAIN or SHINE. You do NOT want to miss this amazing evening!
We are looking for families to volunteer their time to help make the games and craft activities extra fun!! Is your family available to set aside an hour or two before and/or after you explore the Fair? If so, please sign up below…

LAST CALL FOR GRADE LEVEL RAFFLE BASKET DONATIONS!!
We still need donations for our grade level raffle baskets!! We are hoping each family that is able, will send in one item per child, per grade level, to help us fill each basket that will then be raffled off at the Fall Fair on Friday. Can you imagine the size of those baskets?! Most importantly the donations we receive from the sale of the raffle tickets will continue making all activities (like those held during the Fall Fair) possible at little or no cost to all Green Ridge families. All items should be sent in or dropped off to the office no later than, Tuesday, October 16 at school pick up.
These events are not possible without the help of our Green Ridge community. Please help us make this the most incredibly successful Fair to date. Come out and spend time by volunteering and supporting the evening. We hope to see you there!!
